Cisco Live, the brand’s flagship annual technology conference, needed a bold visual identity refresh to engage 20,000+ hybrid attendees across physical and digital touchpoints. The challenge was to modernize Cisco’s enterprise aesthetic while maintaining brand recognition, ensuring cohesion across keynote presentations, stage design, wayfinding, and promotional assets.
THE APPROACH
Leveraging Cisco’s core brand blue and geometric language, we developed a modular design systemwith luminous gradients and kinetic typography. The goal was to make complex networking concepts feel dynamic and human.
Key deliverables included:
60+ custom keynote slides with 3D-rendered data visualizations and animated transitions
40ft-wide LED stage backdrop featuring parallax scrolling elements
Wayfinding signage with glow-effect acrylic totems and NFC-enabled badges
Social media toolkit: Animated Instagram/LinkedIn templates and AR selfie filters
Print collateral: Die-cut program booklets, gradient-revealing lanyards
Every asset was optimized for scalability—from mobile screens to stadium-sized displays—with Pantone-coated blue for print and sRGB for digital consistency.
